Rob Harris
Growing up in an all female household, Rob did not have a male influence to shape his early years. His teenage years were shaped by broken relationships, drugs and lack of direction.
In his 20’s, following a life-changing incident he made the decision to follow Christ. The challenges continued but He now had the guidance of Christ and those that took the time to mentor him.
Relationships continued to be a challenge and he made the decision and declaration that transported him into marriage and fatherhood.
Rob is passionate about people. He uses that passion to disciple and signpost the younger men that cross his path daily. His personal experience of fatherlessness enables him to reach others and pour into them with an understanding that is Spirit-led.
Rob continues to work with young men both in ministry and through LifeLinxs - his consultancy business founded in 2018.

Sonia’s Journey
“As a young girl I did my best to deal with the struggle and turmoil of parental divorce, bullying and rejection. As I entered my teens I experienced my first taste of the complicated and emotional world of relationships. In my late twenties my life was turned around and I began the journey that was to lead me to marriage and motherhood - but that was a journey with many twists and turns!
In 2013, having served in the relationship and marriage ministry for a number of years, God laid it on my heart to write a programme for single people wanting to prepare for relationships and in 2016 ‘Rooted for Relationships’ was birthed. A year later, God spoke again and instructed me to ‘write it down’. I began to write and the result was actually two books! First, in July 2018, came PlusOne = 3, the journey of my life prior to becoming a Christian, my salvation story, meeting the man who was to become my husband and being planted in ministry. Rooted for Relationships followed in November of the same year and is the written version of the programme.
In 2019 I awoke with the words ‘The A-Z of Relationships’ on my lips.
I wrote the words down in my journal and left them. I believed I would write another book but had no desire to enter another season of writing. To cut a fairly long story short(er), the A-Z of Godly Relationships was birthed. This started as a single podcast and quickly became a trilogy, then developed into a programme of podcasts, events and training. And, there is more God is placing in me.
I’m always excited to see what God will do next but I want to share it with you! It’s time to take this wider and reach further so that more people can glean from what I have learned and what I have lived.

Relationships A-Z recognises that there is a vast amount of teaching and focus on marriage and those who are engaged to be married - but not so much on singleness. Whilst we also teach on dating and marriage, our niche comes from our starting point - which is you! You as an individual. Not as a couple but the singular seed that will become planted with another seed that will evenually grow into something strong and mighty - becoming one.
Our focus is the journey - not the destination.
