What will the coaching sessions focus on?
Rob & Sonia will work with couples to establish:
Expectations in ‘your’ marriage
Understanding of how you are ‘wired’
How to understand and accept your spouse
The ‘keys’ to effective communication
Practical tools for the way ahead.
Group sessions will take place each morning and early evening, with couple reflection time and free time given throughout the day in order to ‘practice what has been preached’ and enjoy each others company in beautiful surroundings.
We highly recommend booking additional 1:1 sessions with the coaches in order to focus in on your individual marriage.

Meet the Coaches:
ROB & SONIA HARRIS
Rob & Sonia have been coaching couples for 20+ years. When preparing for marriage themselves, they attended a marriage preparation course, and they loved it so much, they got involved in preparing other couples for relationships and marriage.
They experienced a very difficult start to married life and, facing relationship breakdown, they knew it was ‘make or break’. They faced many challenges, including a doctors report saying they couldn’t have children.
Now, 21 years on and with 3 adult/teenage sons, Rob & Sonia continue to empower and transform couples with their straight-talking, non-judgemental, inclusive teaching.
They author and host courses and events for singles, pre-marrieds and married couples in the UK and overseas.
They have written courses which are delivered within churches and between them have authored six books including; ‘Plus One = 3’ (Sonia’s story) and ‘Rooted for Relationships’ (a teaching guide for singles wanting to prepare for relationships).

Flights and transfers are not included in the price of the retreat. As guests will be travelling from differing destinations and arriving at different times, we leave the travel elements to you. We are happy to help guide you with planning for travel where possible.
We do ask that you arrive and depart within advised time slots so as to minimise the disruption to the group.
We will communicate with you closer to the travel time with recommended flights.
Recommended airport: Malaga (AGP)
Drive time from Malaga Airport (AGP) to villa: Approx 45 mins

No. We will request dietary requirements prior to your arrival and will accommodate your requests in our meal planning.

Yes, absolutely! Alongside the group sessions, you'll have the opportunity to book 1:1 time with the coaches.
These sessions must be booked in advance to secure a time slot. Simply use the booking links provided to reserve your session.

Your group sessions, accommodation, breakfast, dinner, drinks and snacks are included in the cost of the retreat. You may want to purchase additional food or snacks or do an excursion during your free time - but these are optional.
N.B. Lunch is not included in the cost of the retreat as guests tend to venture out or explore during this time of day.

Yes, Puerto Banús Beach, along with a selection of boutique shops and stylish restaurants, is just a short 10-minute drive from the villa—perfect for a relaxing day out or a romantic stroll by the sea.

Yes. There will be planned (optional) excursions/trips during your stay.
We will also make time for trips to the beach, the shops etc. You will also have free time to use as you wish.
